Pac Choi and Turnip Slaw

Ingredients

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bunch pac choi, thinly sliced
1 bunch turnips, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, shredded
½ onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt in a large bowl until the sugar dissolves. Add to sliced vegetables; toss to coat with the dressing.
